Our work usually follows three important stages that complete a project.
Define
No matter what the task, it is important to establish all the influencing factors that will be crucial to the success of the project. This may be as simple as carrying out a competitor audit, being aware of existing corporate frameworks and guidelines or a full research programme involving interviews with key stakeholders. Only then can the full scope of the project be defined and the deliverables agreed in-line with the business objectives.
Design
Creativity is the key that unlocks doors. Used well it can have a major influence on the success of a project. Design can make the ordinary into the exceptional, it can literally breath life into an organisation but it needs to be handled carefully. Design is not art, it is communication and therefore must be relevant to the product or company/service and appeal to the intended audience.
Deliver
Through thorough planning, close control and a focus on the objectives I make sure all my projects deliver a successful outcome. Where possible I work closely with my clients to monitor and measure the results of my input to their businesses. This demonstrates the value I add and ensures their continued support.
